Fee arrangements
and retainer agreements are discussed with the client at the
initial consultation. Depending on the type and specific facts
of the client's legal matter, fees may be charged on an hourly
or fixed fee basis. Fees are based partly on the
time expended by the firm's attorneys, paralegals, and secretarial
staff, and partly on the experience and qualifications of the
attorneys handling the client's matter. The firm makes every
effort to ensure that the fees charged to the client are fair
and reasonable.
